Recap: Former Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor agreed to review Owachige’s case. Gentner Drummond was sworn in as the new attorney general on January 9, 2023. I have no idea if Drummond has taken any action. In my opinion, the Cleveland County district attorney should have already filed charges against Robert Ross. I agree with the Norman PD cold case detectives public statement: “file charges and let a jury decide.”
