Hi @abbieeats_ – thank you for referencing this case. We currently don’t have a “solved” category, and perhaps something we should explore. Are you looking to contribute to this case on an ongoing basis? From what I read, it seems this case has a pretty definite resolution without much to add. Eager to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

We support almost every major file extension (aside from video uploads which are possible, but I have not yet enabled that functionality during initial launch). All major image formats are supported, in addition to document and audio formats. You can upload PDFs, power points, excel sheets, word docs, etc. Right now there is an upload limit of 20MB, and you can only upload 3 images at one time, and 5 documents at one time.

Right now, cases are listed as active when new members follow them. This is something I will look into changing so active solely means new content being added to the case, as opposed to member activity 🙂

I don’t believe it was reported if she was. My understanding is the attack was quick. Do you believe the suspect is male or female?
