All accounts created on Gumshoe can be deleted, or have their associated data exported by completing the following steps:
Accessing Gumshoe via Web
- After logging in, click your profile icon located at the top right
- In the sub-menu, click Account
- Click either Export Data, or Delete account.
Accessing Gumshoe via App
- While logged into the app, tap the More button located at the bottom navigation panel
- Tap the Settings button under “Preferences & Support”
- Choose either Export Data, or Delete Account.
If you forget your login information, or are unable to access your account, please email hello@gumshoe.app to manually request an account delete and/or data export.
